Treating Gout – Big Toe Attacks

I have felt nothing more excruciating than a gout, big toe attack. I used to get them about four or five times a year and each one was so painful that a breeze from a ceiling fan would cause me agony. Going to the bathroom, or anywhere for that matter, was a major chore. This article discusses gout, big toe attacks, and how I learned to effectively prevent them from happening. It has been almost four years since I have had one.
