I am in my thirties and married.
I have 4 sons . The eldest 16yrs old, was diagnosed with Diabetes 2, Two years ago when I was pregnant with my youngest son.
I have been in aviation about 15 years now. I am also finishing up my degree in Criminal Justice.
I still call my mom 3000 miles away, everyday in a foreign land.
She, with my childhood memories of days when we couldnt afford conventional medicines or even everyday things resorted to the tested by our forefathers methods of healing,is the inspiration for this blog.
My Mom and my self both high blood pressure and high cholesterol victims from our early thirties.
My Mom has been a diabetic since she was 35 yrs of age. That was 25 years ago.
All three of my brothers, and my late father are severe asthmatics. Most of my brothers children have inherited this horrible gene .

Health and Life are the two cards that keep us in the game .
There is nothing funny about sickness ,but I will at times have a dry sense of humor approach as I share my stories and remedies .
