Beauty Tips To Help You Change Your Life

Year end functions are not my style and I would rather sit at home and watch TV with a big bowl of popcorn and an even bigger box of tissues. What’s the point of going when you are ignored and treated like a sub-human all the time. I just couldn’t do this to myself anymore and so I crept away in my little box feeling sorry for myself.

That was until my life inexplicably changed for the better and I started going out on dates and having fun. I started being noticed at functions even more and the dates started happening. I still pinch myself hard to make sure that I am not sleeping.

Many people have asked me how I managed to become so happy and full of life. I can’t say exactly but it might have been because I did three things which might have played a role in me getting those dates and having a life again.

I love wearing accessories and bought a few pieces of cocktail jewelry which I wore on business meetings or business dinners I had to attend for my work. I strategically matched them with really elegant but daring dresses and found that I received more than a few stares and compliments from colleagues and business associates. This sort of put me onto the right path with even knowing it.

With my new jewelry and a few new cocktail dresses, I also decided to change my fragrance. I tried the new beauty perfume from the one of the top brands and really liked the soft smelling fragrance that lingered around me. Yes I was happy that I changed my fragrance and my colleagues thought so too.

Lastly, I also went for a few acne facial treatments, because I was suffering from blackheads and some blemishes. It was mild but it could have been the reason why my dating life dried up. I went for a few treatments and they removed pore blockages which gave my skin a new glow and healthy texture. The blemishes also faded with time and I was happy with my look.

So the saying that beauty lies within is true and I fully agree with it, but it also lies skin deep when you can do something small to change your life. It’s usually the little things we need to work on and leave the big things for other people to love and accept.
