Social Anxiety Treatment – Little Known Techniques That Are Totally Drug Free
Panic attack treatment. You may well be asking if there even is one. A cure that doesn’t involve a cocktail of medication?
I can tell you a drug free treatment is definitely possible. When I say “cure” it’s not 100% correct. It’s not a magical pill but it will show you how to stop the attacks for good.
A motorcycle spill caused me to have panic attacks for ages after. I must have tried every drug on the market. I didn’t see any benefit from the drugs but I knew anyway that any help they gave me would stop when I stopped the drugs.
Therein lies the problem with using drugs to combat anxiety attacks. If the drugs do help, that help is lost when you have to stop the drugs. Any decent doctor won’t let you take drugs for any length of time.
You will have to come off at some time. And you end up back where you started all those months ago. The attacks can be worse if you know they are just around the corner waiting to pounce.
In an ideal world a treatment for social anxiety disorders without drugs would be readily available. I can tell you that this treatment does exist and I use it regularly. I control my anxiety attacks, they don’t control me.
I suffered random anxiety attacks that wrecked my life. I mention “random” but mine aren’t all random, I know when I’m going to have one. Crowds are what trigger an attack for me. Only has to be three or more people and bang!
I got to the stage where just a few people around me would have me running for dear life. In my subconscious mind I was aware that it was silly, there was no real danger. Still, I just had to run. I believed I was fleeing for my life.
I did an awful lot of research and spent what seemed like a life time trying to find a permanent cure. It was worth the wait, oh yes was it worth the wait. I never heard mention of the treatment I found from any of the doctors who treated me.
You can keep on searching and hoping and in the mean time taking the drugs. Or discover what I do every time I feel that little twinge of anxiety. I simply put what I learned into action and kill it dead in its tracks.
