Social Anxiety Disorder Treatment – Little Known Techniques That Are Totally Drug Free

panic attack treatment

Anxiety disorder cure. You might be wondering if one exists. A drug free way to stop them.

It’s definitely possible to stop them without drugs. I know! Although the word “cure” isn’t totally right. It’s not like you can take a pill and cure them for good. But you can learn to stop them for good.

I had a bad motorcycle accident and ended up with an anxiety disorder for a while afterwards. I must have tried every drug on the market. I got very little benefit but worse was that I knew any benefit I did get would cease when I came off the drugs.

This is the big negative to using drugs to help with anxiety disorders. If you even do get some benefit, it’s lost when you stop the drugs. Any decent doctor won’t let you take drugs for any length of time.

You will have to come off at some time. And you end up back where you started all those months ago. And usually worse because you know damn well they are coming back with a vengeance.

Wouldn’t the best all round solution be a drug free social anxiety treatment of some sort? And I know there is one out there, because I use it all the time. I have total control over my anxiety attacks now.

I was once stuck in a hole just waiting for the next random attack. I mention “random” but mine aren’t all random, I know when I’m going to have one. If I’m in a crowd of anything more than about three or four people. That will trigger an attack.

Even a small group of people would set me off and have me running away, fast. I realised (in my mind) how stupid I was being. Nonetheless, when I could feel panic taking hold I ran.

I spent ages searching for a cure of some description. When the wait was over it was definitely worth it. Sadly none of the medical professionals I saw had any knowledge of the “cure” I found.

You can keep on keeping on with your anxiety and your medication. Or discover what I do every time I feel that little twinge of anxiety. I calmly stop it dead and carry on with what I was doing.
