1. Exercise
First of all, sit down in a relaxed position. Cover your eyes with the palms of your hands. Don’t press the eyeballs. Try to rest and watch the dark for 30 seconds. Breathe gently and deeply all the time.
1.2 – Work out Sitting in the same position, look up and hold so for 5 seconds. Afterward let go. Now look down hold so for 5 seconds. After that, again, free. Make 5 repetitions.
1.3 – Work out Now look right, hold for 5 seconds and release. After that look left, hold for 5 seconds and relax your eyes. Make 5 repetitions.
1.4 – Exercise Spin your eyeballs 5 circles to the left and rest your eyes. Then spin them 5 circles to the right and also relax.
1.5 – Exercise Look at the tip of your nose. Don’t be afraid, cross your eyes! Hold for 3 seconds and relax. Afterward look up at the ceiling without moving your head, hold for 3 seconds and rest your eyes. Repeat 5 times.
